Walk Slow

The old Tom T Hall song, Walk Slow, resonates strongly with me. Despite my wonderful new knees that have made me more mobile than I have been in years, there are times each day I try to slow down and take a moment to find something that speaks to my heart. Finding God Moments and Blessings along the way makes all the difference in the world!

One of the young ladies I have connected with in recent years via the computer was a kindred spirit in our younger days. Trudi has an artistic bent that still speaks to me though I haven’t seen her for ages. She sees things with an appreciative heart. The picture I share today is of flowers she found on a morning walk.

As I prepare for my Celebrate Life Party next Saturday, I wish Trudi could share the day with us. I’m sure she would enjoy the moments of fun I have planned. As I think through my guest list, I pray that all who attend will find joy in the love we want to share with friends and family.

Please take a moment today and focus on God’s goodness and grace.
